Just before the big pandemic, my girlfriend and I went on a vacation to Southern Spain and Gibraltar.
It was a nice change to the month-long rain in Denmark; we had +20C and sunshine every single day.
In Gibraltar, we obviously had to see the famous monkeys.
We didn’t have much time in Gibraltar, though, but we did have time to go to the very top of The Rock, which is the cliff that defines Gibraltar.
At the top, we saw approx. 20 of the 200 monkeys that live in Gibraltar. They were not afraid of people, because they are used to thousands of tourists every single day. For that reason, it was possible to get really close to the monkeys without scaring them or making them aggressive.
